We are delighted to share the success of our Year 8 students who recently participated in the inspiring "Know your Onions" project. This initiative runs in schools across London and aims kindle a passion for cooking and gardening and environmental stewardship.
The National Education Union (NEU) have declared strike action, which is scheduled to take place this week on 27th April and next week on 2nd May. The strike is happening because of a national dispute between the unions and the government, and not because of any issues at school. We recommend that you start to make alternative childcare arrangements for these dates.
From September 2023, Bishop Challoner will amalgamate into a single mixed school.
On Wednesday, 29th March, our school community came together for Mass to celebrate the end of the Easter Term and the approach of Holy Week.
Following the announcement of continued strike action by members of the NEU and staff shortages the school will only be partially open on Wednesday and Thursday this week.
On Wednesday, 15th March, school will be open for Year 7 and identified vulnerable students only.
On Thursday 16th March, school will be open for Year 10 and Sixth Form and identified vulnerable students only.

On March 8th and 9th, we were joined by a group of musicians from Trinity Laban - a London university devoted to the creative arts.
Year 10 parents’ meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 21st March between 4:15-6:30pm. This will be an in-person meeting taking place at the school.
